Idle Cultivation Treasures and Loot Ranks

The description says gather treasures and explore for loot. Sitting in Cultivate will not finish that sentence.

Idle Cultivation Treasures

Idle Cultivation’s Roblox description lists gather treasures and explore for loot as core verbs beside qi, bloodlines, talents, and sect. Treasures are not codes. They are not Bloodline Spins. They are drops and finds from the Combat / explore job. This page ranks how to treat them in Open Test, without a fake catalog of spirit swords from other games.

If your bag is empty, you have been sitting too much. Take a pass on explore and loot, then come back.

Why treasures exist in an idle

An idle cultivation incremental that only sat would collapse into a single number. Treasures are the inventory graph. They make Combat worth a burst. They give builds a third axis beside bloodlines and talents. They also give you something to inspect after a shutdown, when qi looks the same but a new drop is sitting in the bag.

Official art’s left panel is Combat: enemy portraits, including a red beast. That is the printer. Explore is the map version of the same job.

Rank finds by what they change

S treasure: changes Cultivate tick, offline dao, or breakthrough cadence. Equip it and sit-test like a talent.

A treasure: changes Combat/explore clear speed or drop rate. Keep it for bursts. Do not wear it as your idle identity if it does nothing while seated.

B treasure: changes sect contribution or Chop Wood. Rare, but possible if a later plaque asks for a tool.

C treasure: vendor junk, duplicate, or unreadable tooltip. Sell, sink, or hold one copy if the UI hints at a set.

Quest-looking items: hold until you know they are not a Manual or sect key. The Cultivation Manual itself is a system unlock, not a bag trash candidate.

Session recipe for loot

  1. Cultivate until you are not desperate for qi.
  2. Spend a planned Combat/explore burst. Do not live there.
  3. Pocket drops. Sit-test anything that looks S.
  4. One Contribute plaque if Chop Wood is up.
  5. Log out from Cultivate so offline dao still runs.

Codes will not fill this bag. OpenTest! is five of each spin, not a treasure chest. Anyone selling “treasure codes” is in the wrong game or the wrong website. Stay on the codes hub.

Inventory hygiene in Open Test

Open Test bags get messy. After each Update 1.8-style patch:

  • Sit-test equipped S items again. Balancing happens.
  • Compare duplicates. Keep the one you can explain.
  • Do not delete items whose tooltip is blank until you raise graphics to 3+ and reopen the bag. Blank can mean UI fail, not junk.
  • Do not hoard 40 C items “for later sets” unless the Manual describes a set. Space will matter when explore grows.

Shutdowns should not wipe the bag. The official line is no data resets. If the bag is empty after a reboot, wait for the HUD handshake, then check again before you panic-reroll bloodlines.

Treasures versus spins

Spins buy random multipliers. Treasures are finds. A good Open Test account uses both: spin planner for gacha, this page for loot. If a treasure duplicates a talent you already kept, you can skip the matching A talent and spend those Talent Spins on Cultivate instead. That is the only “combo” this wiki will claim without a published recipe book.

When Salt Mountain names a treasure in a patch note, it will be added here as a proper noun. Until then, rank by sit test and by whether Combat actually needed the burst. Gather, explore, then sit. That is the treasure loop.

No. The eight Open Test codes grant Talent Spins and Bloodline Spins only.

No. Loot is the Combat/explore job. Offline time belongs to Cultivate.
