The Open Test advertises dao that refines while you are away. Leave from Cultivate, not from a fight.
The Roblox description for Idle Cultivation says you can refine your dao while offline. That sentence is the product. This page is how to not waste it. Offline progress is not a cheat, not a script, and not a reason to leave combat running on a second phone. It is the idle half of a 2D cultivation incremental.

Log out from Cultivate
The only reliable AFK state in the current Open Test is Cultivate. Sit, confirm qi is pulsing, then close Roblox or leave the client. The art is a seated cultivator for a reason.
Do not log out from:
- A Combat encounter or explore route. Fights want a client.
- A Contribute board such as Chop Wood. Official art presents it as a task with a +1 ticket, not an infinite overnight printer.
- The Premium shop. Codes do not redeem themselves while you sleep. Claim them first via how to redeem.
- A spin animation. Finish the roll, keep or discard, then sit.
If a shutdown hits while you are seated, you should still receive account data back; Salt Mountain has said there will be no data resets. Offline dao and a shutdown are different events. After a reboot, sit once to restart the pulse, then leave again if you are done playing.
What offline is for
Offline time is for qi and dao, the Cultivate lane. It is how Body Awakening characters keep moving toward the next breakthrough while you are at school or work. It is not for auto-clearing enemy portraits. It is not for maxing sect contribution without touching Chop Wood.

How to prepare a long idle
- Redeem every live code. Spins in the bank still exist in the morning; unclaimed strings might expire after a like goal.
- Spend or consciously save rolls using the spin planner. A keeper bloodline should be equipped before you sleep so the offline tick uses it.
- Finish Combat. Pocket treasures. Do not leave a bag of unopened loot if the UI requires a click.
- Do one Contribute task if the sect board is sitting on a completeable Chop Wood.
- Sit in Cultivate. Watch one full pulse. Leave.
- Set graphics to 3+ for the next login so you can see whether overnight qi actually landed.
You do not need an executor. You do not need a phone stand clicking the Cultivate button. The scripts hub has no verified auto-idle for this title, and the official game already idles.
Caps, shutdowns, and honesty
Open Test means the offline cap, if any, may not be published. Play as if there is a cap: log in once or twice a day, pocket qi, sit, leave. Do not expect 72 hours of linear growth without checking. When a patch note states a cap, it will be recorded on the Updates Hub.
Shutdowns will happen. The description warns you. Favorite the experience so it is easy to rejoin. Join Salt Mountain for shouts. After you are back, sit once even if the number looks high already. The pulse sometimes needs a client handshake.
Overnight mistakes
- Leaving the client in a loading error. That is not offline dao. Close and reopen, sit, then leave.
- Assuming Chop Wood runs all night because another Roblox idle farmed a resource while AFK. This game’s contribution art is a task board.
- Spending 100 Talent Spins at 1 a.m. while half-asleep. Bank them. Your morning self can read the talent page.
- Confusing this with a 3D cultivation RPG where you must stay in a qi zone. There is no published zone multiplier sheet for this Open Test. Cultivate is the zone.
Idle Cultivation is allowed to grow while you are away. Give it a clean Cultivate log-out, then go live a mortal life. That is the dao the description sold.
